Civil Strategy Service Regulations

These regulations define the terms of using services provided by Civil Strategy as well as the rights and obligations of our clients.

1. Acceptance of terms

By using our website and ordering our services, you accept the terms contained in these regulations. Civil Strategy, based in Łódź, provides services in the field of cost auditing, implementing executive systems, and reporting for management staff. If you do not agree with any point of this document, please contact us immediately to clarify doubts or stop using our services. These rules enter into force upon first contact regarding an order.

2. Service provision

We provide our services based on an agreed scope of work. Each project begins with a short brief, based on which we prepare a quote. We commit to the timely execution of orders according to the schedule established before starting cooperation. We reserve the right to refuse service provision if we consider that the client's goals do not align with our working methods. Our actions aim to improve transparency and management efficiency in your business.

3. Client obligations

The client is obliged to provide reliable and truthful data necessary to conduct an audit or implement a system. The quality of our results directly depends on the completeness of provided documentation, such as invoices or cost statements. The client is responsible for ensuring access to necessary management tools and for designating decision-makers who will cooperate with our team during the project. Any delays caused by a lack of information on the client's side may affect the final completion deadline.

4. Intellectual property

All materials, studies, indicators, and models prepared by Civil Strategy as part of provided services constitute our intellectual property. The client receives the right to use developed solutions solely for their own use within their company. It is forbidden to distribute, copy, or share our proprietary methodologies with third parties without obtaining written consent. We protect our know-how to ensure our clients receive the highest quality of support.

5. Responsibility

Civil Strategy makes every effort to ensure that provided data and recommendations are consistent with expert knowledge and the factual state. However, we do not bear responsibility for business decisions made by the client based on our reports. Every implementation is the result of joint work, and the final decision on introducing changes always belongs to the company owner. Our responsibility is limited to the amount of remuneration received for a concrete project being realized.

6. Ending cooperation

Either party may terminate the contract with a notice period established in a separate service agreement. In the event of a gross violation of these regulations by either party, it is possible to dissolve the cooperation with immediate effect. In the case of ending cooperation, settlement occurs based on the state of work performed up to the date of contract dissolution.

7. Governing law

Any disputes not regulated by these regulations are subject to Polish law. The court competent for settling disputes arising from this contract is the court appropriate for the headquarters of Civil Strategy in Łódź. We strive to resolve all misunderstandings amicably before going to court.
