Piotr Zieliński has been managing Civil Strategy since 2016. In that time, he has conducted 83 structure audits in companies in the Łódź province. His approach relies on simple facts, not theories from academic textbooks. We focus on clear rules that allow every employee to understand exactly what they are responsible for in their daily work.

How do I work?

My role is primarily organizing information chaos. In 74 projects I oversaw, the biggest challenge was determining who makes final decisions. Once we eliminate that, the company stops operating in fire-fighting mode. We speak directly about profits and costs because I believe trust is built on facts, not on empty promises.

Outside the office

I share my free time between family and local social initiatives in Bałuty. I believe practical business knowledge translates perfectly into working with people in any environment.
