Practical experience

I have been running Civil Strategy since 2016. In this time, I have helped 83 small and medium-sized companies in the Łódź region organize their internal information flows. Trust is built on facts, which is why I avoid theorizing in my work. I focus on what actually affects profitability and the team's daily work.

My approach stems from 12 years of work in operational management. I realized that most problems in companies don't come from a lack of employee willingness, but from unclear rules of power. We focus on clear rules that allow everyone to understand who is responsible for what and based on what criteria they make financial decisions.

Over the last 4 years, I have conducted 57 audits that allowed shortening invoice approval processes by an average of 34%. We speak directly about profits – if I see that my presence won't bring the company real value within 6 months, I inform them openly. We organize the power structure without unnecessary costs or multi-page strategies that end up in a drawer.

Privately, in my free time, I support local economic initiatives in Łódź. I believe transparency inside a company translates into better relationships with contractors and greater peace of mind for the owner.
