About me
At Civil Strategy, I deal with what is a painful necessity for many entrepreneurs – translating financial chaos into clear sheets. Over the last 6 years, I have conducted 83 audits in Łódź-based SMEs, helping them understand exactly where money is escaping. I don't promise magic growth, but I focus on clear rules and hard data. Trust is built on facts, not on charts with infinite potential.
How I work
My work starts by reviewing documentation from the last 12 months. Usually, within 4-7 days of our first meeting, I present a report of identified risks. I don't beat around the bush – if processes in the company require complete rebuilding, I say so directly. In 2023, I managed to shorten the invoice circulation process at one of my clients from 4 days to 1.2 days, which really relieved the accounting department.
My approach
I believe organizing the power structure starts with financial matters. We organize the power structure so the owner doesn't have to sign every minor invoice. If your company has a problem with cash flow or unclear expense approval procedures, I'll be happy to analyze the current state. We speak directly about profits, and we make all decisions after checking the balance sheet.
After hours (though it's hard to completely disconnect from numbers), I read industry literature.
